Lisle, torque angle gauge

Used to tighten cylinder head bolts, after which an additional torque angle is required. After tightening to the recommended torque, attach the flexible clamp to any fixed object. Loosen the dial screw and set the rotating pointer to zero. Re-tighten the dial screw and tighten the bolt with a 1/2" ratchet to the specification.
