Lock plate, in-line Springer fork stem nut. Chrome

For in-line Springer forks (where the fork legs are not angled, but aligned with the fork stem). Mounts on the top centre, locking and hiding the holes in the centre piece for a smooth finish. Used in combination with old-style OEM handlebars.
