220CCA (Cold Cranking Amps). MCS 'Advance Series' AGM (Absorbed Glass Mat) batteries, synonymous with a great battery. These high-end 'Advance' AGM batteries from Motorcycle Storehouse are of excellent quality, sealed and maintenance-free (just keep them charged). They offer low internal resistance, less heat build-up and powerful starting capacity, far better than the compatible wet acid batteries. Note before installation: Never start the engine before fully charging your new battery, to avoid irreversible damage that will shorten its service life. It is absolutely mandatory to fully charge any new AGM battery before installation. After production, AGM batteries are activated at the factory and, during storage, they slowly discharge. Recharge them at least every 3 months. Earlier recharging may be necessary in higher or lower temperatures. The vehicle's electronics, such as the clock, alarm, etc., will additionally drain the installed battery. AGM batteries do not tolerate deep discharges well. Keep them charged to a minimum of 12.4 V for the best performance throughout their service life. Connect the battery to a suitable automatic 'maintenance charger' when not in use for a period of time to preserve the optimal charge level.
