Advantages: Sintered friction material pads offer greater durability, withstand heat better than organic pads and have a fast reaction time both wet and dry, with excellent braking power. Ideal for more aggressive riding styles and for optimum performance in all weather conditions.
Disadvantages: The metallic particles in the pads wear the brake disc faster than organic pads. Not suitable for older model brake discs not certified for use with sintered pads, to avoid excessive disc wear.
