Advantages: Pads with sintered friction material offer greater durability, withstand heat better than organic pads and have a fast reaction time both dry and wet, with excellent braking performance. Ideal for more aggressive riding styles and the best performance in any weather.
Disadvantages: The metal particles used in the pads wear the brake disc faster than organic pads. Not suitable for older model brake discs that are not 'certified for sintered pads' to avoid extreme disc wear.
