2.0 KW Starter motor - CH 05-11 B-D

The solenoid plunger, return damper and springs are replaced with reinforced components
Clutch shaft and rollers replaced by ground and hardened parts for greater durability
All components assembled with special lubricant for clutch engagement applications.
CNC-machined billet mounting noses joined with aerospace fasteners
After assembly, all starters are bench-tested: high/low voltage, lock torque, solenoid activation, current draw, load test, maximum rpm and motor impulse waveform.
The starters have a 4.4:1 reduction and generate 46% more starting torque than the original
Starts any high-performance engine (for best results, use with Terry battery cables and a battery with more than 300 cold cranking amps such as the Drag Specialties battery).
Manufactured in the USA
Spacer block no. DS-196233 is required when used on FLT '99-'06 models. On Softail, Dyna and FXR models, the oil lines and some cables need to be relocated.
