V-Twin claims this is a Panhead with Shovelhead power characteristics. It has Shovelhead intake and exhaust valves and the exhaust ports are Shovelhead style to accept single-bolt flanged Shovelhead heads. The redesigned intake ports accept a Shovelhead-style intake manifold with O-ring. This engine breathes and performs like an original Shovelhead of 1200CC bore, stroke and cubic inches. 1955-1964 style primary.
