Mousse and gel - TUB 1 KG

The mousse inserts are made from rubber foam which, in addition to preventing punctures especially during extreme off-road riding, also possess dynamic properties capable of providing greater grip and agility, as well as additional lateral traction
Once installed, PIRELLI mousses simulate an inflation pressure equivalent to 0.7 bars +/-0.1, well below the recommended pressure for road use.
For this reason, when competing with mousses, special attention must be paid to suspension settings.
PIRELLI mousses have NHS rating, meaning they cannot be used on public roads
When using a mousse, the lubricating gel must be spread evenly throughout the inside of the tyre, avoiding the edges.
PIRELLI mousses are available in 18”, 19” and 21” sizes, and must be fitted using PIRELLI’s special mousse gel.
