NAMZ, complete main wiring harness for custom motorcycle

Used as a universal H-D style base for rewiring most OEM H-D models with carburettor or setting up a custom project. Compatible with any independent ignition system, Evo or Twin Cam. Designed to work with a two-position key switch. A three-position key-start ignition switch (car style) can be used with a simple wiring modification. Wiring can be challenging for non-specialists, so it is recommended that a professional carries out the installation.

- Position and amber indicator functions for front indicators - Position, brake and indicator functions for rear indicators - Colour-matched OEM wiring with 11-second self-cancelling indicator module - Fuse block housing a full-size, commonly available and replaceable starter relay, and (3) ATO fuses - A 30 Amp circuit breaker has been installed, ready for any regulator/charging system.
- Wiring for oil, neutral, high beam and indicator lights - Handlebar switch wiring with colour matching, as per non-Touring models 1996-2013.
- Headlight wiring with socket and terminals - Connectors and terminals for front indicators - Rear mudguard harness with connectors and terminals - Ignition switch wiring with ring terminals - Coil cable with ring terminals, tachometer wiring, horn, oil pressure sender, brake switch and neutral switch with terminals - Included heat shrink sections with inner diameters of 3/16", 1/4", 3/8" and 1/2" - Heavy-gauge power (+) and earth (-) cables with terminals for battery connection.
Note: This harness was updated in 2026. No effective changes, but it now has 6 wires for the front indicators instead of 4. Left, right, position light and earth, both left and right. This was done for users who wish to use white-to-amber flashing front LED indicators. A 6-position connector for the front signals is also provided instead of the 4-position one.
