Note: Spring set 962991 (10 N/mm) is recommended; for riders over 100 kg, reinforced springs 08790-11 (11.0 N/mm); for even heavier riders, stiffer springs are available (962993 (12.0 N/mm) and 962994 (13.0 N/mm)).
Description:
The Öhlins NIX 22 cartridge kit comes with 22 mm pistons, making it compatible with motorcycles equipped with conventional (non-inverted) front forks. The proven 'NIX' design derives from the technology that has delivered championships at the highest level, and each NIX 22 cartridge kit is designed to fit the specific model series of the bike, meeting that bike's requirements and characteristics. It features compression damping in the left leg and rebound damping in the right leg, allowing greater precision, stability and feedback to improve rider confidence. All adjustments, including spring preload, are made at the top cap. It is a direct bolt-in installation in the original front fork, but the springs must be ordered separately to match the rider's weight and preferences for the perfect setup.
