Galfer front disc brake pads - sintered FD405

Manufactured in Spain since 1952, Galfer brake pads have been used for road, circuit, and off-road applications ever since. These brake pads are offered in the correct material for the specified applications, but in some cases, an option of different types is available for the more experienced rider.

Standard Galfer: G1054 semi-metallic material, as found in most heavy motorcycles. Provides good overall braking performance and low wear, gentle on rotors.

Galfer Sintered: G1370/1371 sintered metal material is similar to standard on most recent high-performance motorcycles. Excellent wet and dry braking performance, more durable but more abrasive to rotors than Galfer Standard pads.

Galfer Sport: The fully sintered metal G1375 material provides even better braking, but has a slightly shorter lifespan and is more abrasive to the rotors than the Galfer G1370/1371 sintered pads. These are the pads chosen by those who ride fast.

Note: All these Galfer brake pads are ECE R90 approved
