2.2 gallons (8.3 litres). Low tunnel. Compatible with 83-up screw-type fuel cap and 22 mm threaded petrol tap. Standard Sportster-style tank with low tunnel, horseshoe front section and tabbed rear mount. Approximate dimensions: tank length 16", tank width 9¼", tank depth 8", tunnel length 16", tunnel depth 2½", tunnel width 2¼", distance between mounting holes 16-5/8".
Note: It is recommended to pressure test, seal and test-fit all tanks before painting and installing them. Some tanks are painted, but this coat is applied solely to prevent oxidation during storage.
