Crankshaft sprockets for Big Twin - S&S drive - black - BTl77-89

Crankshaft pinion shaft sprockets for Big Twin models 1937-1989. These high-quality sprockets have been precisely machined, hardened and then ground to their final size. If the sprocket you need to replace has no code, and its size is also unknown, we recommend ordering a sprocket from the middle of the chart, and therefore in the middle of the tolerances. These sizes were used most frequently and should give the correct tolerance in almost all circumstances. Note: The sprockets for models from 1954 to 1989 are listed from largest to smallest. The colour coding is identical to the original Harley-Davidson 1977-1989. For models 1954 to early 1977 Harley used only one size. Jims and S&S have created their own colour coding for the sprockets of those years. The measurements shown were taken over rollers with a .105" diameter.
