Note: Steel breather valves require steel spacers. Plastic ones require plastic spacers. Do not mix steel parts with plastic parts.
Note: The stock plastic breather is low cost but of inferior quality, causing damage to the crankcases at the breather hole due to its tendency to deform. The sooner this stock breather is removed, the better. We strongly recommend replacing it with a steel breather valve, such as the one used on earlier engines.
