Rick's developed these offset belt pulleys, pulley inserts and matching sprocket covers to allow the installation of tyres up to 240mm wide on Sportster from 2004 onwards. In addition to widening the stock swingarm, the belt drive must also be relocated outwards to guide the belt along the wider tyre. The open engine sprocket cover replaces the original cover and the pulley insert is bolted on to compensate the front belt drive sprocket and rotates while riding. The engine sprocket cover, compensator belt pulley and pulley insert must always be used together. However, all items must be ordered separately.
