PS series shock absorbers, 412. 12". High strength. Chrome

Shock absorbers series 412:
The best option in Progressive Suspension shock absorbers, ideal as a stock replacement. Nitrogen-charged steel double-wall body. Multi-stage velocity-sensitive valving. Five-position cam-style preload adjustment.
Note: Black 412 shock absorbers may be supplied without the lower cover.
What are Progressive Suspension 'Heavy Duty' shocks?
If you are a light rider with a light passenger, the STD Duty series is probably your best choice; the Heavy Duty shocks will provide a firmer ride. For large riders with a lot of luggage, Heavy Duty springs are the right choice. Heavy Duty is not better, it is different.
The use of Heavy Duty shock absorbers or springs is recommended on motorcycles operating at or near the manufacturer's maximum load capacity for more than 50% of the time.
