PS, set of 412 series shock absorbers. 12". Standard use. Chrome

Designed specifically for the Dyna FLD Switchback 12-16. The coil spring is slightly heavier and the bottom spring cap has a different design to allow a better fit with the panniers installed.
Shock absorbers series 412:
The best value Progressive Suspension shocks, ideal as a replacement for the originals. Double wall steel body with nitrogen charge. Multi-stage speed sensitive valving. Five position cam style preload adjustment.
Note: Black 412 shock absorbers can be supplied without the lower cover.
What are Progressive Suspension 'Heavy Duty' shocks?
If you are a light rider with a light passenger, the STD Duty series is probably your best choice; Heavy Duty shock absorbers will provide a harsher ride. For large riders with a lot of luggage, Heavy Duty springs are the right choice. Heavy Duty is not better, it is different.
The use of Heavy Duty shock absorbers or springs is recommended on motorcycles operating at or near the manufacturer's maximum load for more than 50% of the time.
