Two inch, standard ride height setting of 2" and adjustable preload.
High pressure gas system in a dual coil shock absorber system.
The shock absorbers include a new filler valve to replace the original one.
Also available in the RAP (Remote Adjustable Preload) series, which comes with the added convenience of a Remote Adjustable Preload, located behind the passenger's left footpeg, for more accessible adjustments.
What are Progressive Suspension 'Heavy Duty' shocks?
If you are a light rider with a light passenger, STD Duty is probably your best choice; heavy duty shocks will provide a harsher travel. For the Big Ones with a lot of luggage, Heavy Duty springs are the best choice. Heavy Duty is not better, it is different.
Heavy Duty shocks or springs are recommended on motorcycles operating at or near the manufacturer's maximum load capacity for more than 50% of the time.
