PS shock absorber set, Model 412. 11". Standard use. Chrome cover

With full chrome spring cover.
The 412 series shocks are Progressive Suspension's best value shocks, ideal as replacements for the originals. Double-walled steel body with nitrogen charge. Multi-stage velocity sensitive valves. Five-position cam style preload adjustment.
Note: Black 412 shock absorbers may be supplied without the lower cover.
What are Progressive Suspension 'Heavy Duty' shocks?
If you are a light rider with a light passenger, the STD Duty series is probably your best choice; the Heavy Duty shocks will provide a firmer ride. For the big riders with a lot of luggage, Heavy Duty springs are the right choice. Heavy Duty is not better, it is different.
The use of Heavy Duty shock absorbers or springs is recommended on motorcycles operating at or near the manufacturer's maximum load capacity for more than 50% of the time.
