RAM Mounts - How does it work? A 3-piece system: 1 the mounting base, 2 the connecting arm, 3 the device holder.
- 1 the mounting base - Equipped with RAM's 1" diameter elastomer hard rubber ball. An easy to adjust, non-slip and vibration-absorbing connection. Various mounting base options available.
- 2 articulated arm / connecting arm - A connecting arm with sockets that grip the rubber balls of the mounting base and the phone holder, effectively connecting both parts whilst offering infinite tool-free adjustments.
- 3 Phone holder / X-Grip - An innovative system with a spring and rubber caps on the 'fingers' that hold your phone. The X-Grip® phone holder is equipped with RAM's tough elastomer rubber ball for a non-slip, vibration-damping mount to the articulated arm.
