Cycle Electric voltage regulators supplied with a generator

These electronic regulators replace the end cap and convert to alternator. The current limiting circuit detects the casing temperature and adjusts the available output to allow maximum amps without overheating. This gives you more power for faster battery charging and cooler running, for a longer generator life. It can also be used without a battery. Does not fit some models with a foot clutch. Installation on FL with an OEM or aftermarket generator from before 1992 with fins level with the engine requires the separate purchase of the end plate ZPN 782246.
