NPT threads are 'self-sealing' as they are slightly tapered; the diameter gradually increases towards the top.
OEM replacement reference 45830-48.
- 10.1 mm is the approximate diameter of this plug in the central area, including the thread.
Note: To make identifying the correct plug easier, the diameter (measured approximately at the centre of the plug, including the thread) is stated in millimetres.
Note: The pipe plug sizes are completely different compared to common US bolt sizes.
