Performance professionals will confirm that "You can't beat cubic inches". S&S understood this and found the solution. First there is the Power Package. It will convert your Evolution Big Twin engine to 88CI (1475CC). This kit comes with S&S aluminium cylinders 175" shorter than the originals, forged flat top pistons with a 1.200" deck height, rings, pins, circlips and gaskets. The cylinders have been precision bored and honed. The kits are easy to install and ready to run, no modifications to the heads are needed, only the crankcase has to be drilled to accept the kit. As these cylinders are shorter than the originals, these kits must be installed with adjustable pushrods and a shorter manifold than the original manifold. Special pistons for use with S&S Super Stock heads are available separately.
