S&S generator cam cover kit, 40-47. For S&S cases

Pinion shaft bushings with 9/16" inner diameter. 8 ribs with no stock outer oil passage. 5/16" generator mounting holes. Use the threaded hole in the top of the cover to supply oil to the top, similar to the 36-48 OHV B.T. Extra strong 356-T6 cast aluminium cam covers with the same as-machined finish as the S&S crankcases. Precision CNC-machined for tight tolerances. Improves crankcase ventilation and oil-air mist separation via a larger, redesigned baffle chamber. Bushings are installed and sized to factory specifications.
Note 1: The kit includes gasket and hardware for the gear cover.
Note 2: Not compatible with Side Valve models.
