S&S, pinion and final drive sprocket kit 54-E77 B.T. White

Colour coded white by size. Complete kit for new builds or rebuilds. Includes all pinion shaft components.
Note: The kit must be used with the 73-99 B.T. style oil pump drive wheel (S&S 531209 / OEM 26345-73).
Note: The B.T. 54-E77 kit can be used on 54-72 engines to increase the RPM of the original oil pump by 25%, as on the later stock B.T. 73-E77 models.
Note: Available in 531956 White (smaller), 531955 Brown (one size larger than White) and 531954 Yellow (one size larger than Brown).
Note: If the original wheel is unmarked and the size is unknown, or if you are building an engine from scratch with no wheel, S&S recommends a wheel from the middle of the size range. These sizes were used most frequently and should provide a proper fit in most cases. When in doubt, use a wheel from the centre towards the small end of the range, as a combination of smaller gears with a looser fit will produce a harmless clicking sound, whereas an overly tight fit can cause a howling sound, seizing and premature wear. Consult the factory service manual for information on the optimal fitment instructions between the cam gear and the pinion gear before ordering.
