S&S, large bore pop-up piston kit for 88" to 95". STD

Compatible with Twin Cam 99-06 as an 88" to 95" big bore conversion. The original cylinders must be bored to 3-7/8" big bore; no other modifications are required. Forged pistons with 5.3cc 'Pop-Up' dome increase the compression ratio to 9.8:1 with stock or S&S cylinder heads. Deck height of 1.270". No case boring or rebalancing required; pistons are compatible with S&S and stock heads. Includes rings, wrist pin and keepers.
Note: In all applications, the technician must assess the suitability of the components in combination with the other engine parts before installation. It is important that a qualified mechanic carries out the installation and the necessary adjustments. The rider must follow standard running-in and riding procedures for rebuilt engines.
