S&S, 96"/103" to 110" conversion cylinder and piston kit

Black-finish cylinders. Bigger is generally better when it comes to performance. This Sidewinder big bore kit is as big as possible without requiring additional work. There is no need to disassemble the engine, split and machine the cases, or even rebalance the flywheels. Simply swap the stock cylinders and pistons for these 4" big bore S&S parts and you are ready to roll with 100 HP. (note). 4" bore for the stock 4-3/8" stroke. 10.5:1 compression ratio with stock heads. Forged 0.75" dome piston. Compatible with stock 96/103" models with the stock 4-3/8" stroke.
Note: S&S measured 101.39 HP and 118.92 lb-ft of torque. They also used S&S 585 cams, Power Tune headers, slip-on mufflers, the stock EFI throttle body and an S&S Stealth air cleaner.
Note: Not suitable for 79cc S&S heads.
