S&S, Billet electronic distributor 36-69 B.T. Domed cap

Without ignition. Forged aluminium. Used by S&S for their early Shovel style (SH) engines. The distributor is compatible with S&S engines, rotates clockwise like 1970-up models and therefore accepts modern electronic ignition systems.
Note: A counter-clockwise rotating distributor gear set (such as the S&S 998887) must be installed when fitting to a 1936-1969 OEM B.T. engine.
Note: The 1970-1999 style electronic ignition system must be purchased separately.
