S&S billet clutch basket for Milwaukee Eight

Engineered for M8 performance, the new S&S Billet Clutch Basket delivers unmatched durability, smoother actuation, and superior power handling. Precision-machined from solid billet aluminum, it incorporates patent-pending stainless steel wear-liner inserts that virtually eliminate the notching seen in OEM baskets, maintaining consistent clutch actuation over time. Integrated carbon-steel threaded inserts ensure exceptional structural integrity, while the basket maintains full compatibility with all OEM-fit clutch packs, including Rekluse TorqDrive systems. Installation enhances primary sprocket and chain alignment for more efficient power transfer. Tested at the drag strip and manufactured in the USA. Designed to handle extreme abuse from high-output M8’s, handles 200+ lb-ft of torque. Stainless steel wear liner inserts eliminate the notching issue inherent to the stock clutch basket–providing enhanced clutch modulation and a smoother clutch feel at the lever. Integrated stainless steel wear liner inserts are far more durable than bare aluminum (stock) or hard anodized aluminum alternatives. Precision CNC machined from solid billet aluminum with integrated carbon steel threaded inserts provide superior strength & reliability. Improves alignment of the primary sprockets & primary chain compared to the stock configuration. Drag strip tested!
