S&S, compression release kit for S&S cylinder heads

Electrically operated. Large displacement, high compression engines with S&S cylinder heads can be difficult to start. These electrically actuated compression release valves are opened by two independent solenoids when the starter button is pressed. When the starter button is released, the release valves close.

Note 1: Only works with S&S style heads machined by S&S for use with compression releases. OEM heads will not have enough material in the critical areas to allow machining.
Note 2: All 89cc S&S TC cylinder heads are machined at the S&S factory. Machining of the 79cc S&S TC cylinder heads is optional.
Note 3: Only works with S&S style rocker covers 'with the centre hole' which provides the necessary clearance for the solenoids.
