S&S camshaft kit, chain-driven M8, 475C

Direct-fit 100 HP cam. Compatible with all stock components, but requires a free-flowing air filter and mufflers. With every cam change, S&S recommends their 583903 precision lifter kit. The kit includes the cam, all bearings, O-rings and necessary hardware. Gear-driven cams offer greater valve timing precision, but generate more mechanical noise compared to chain-driven cams. The additional mechanical noise is the reason why original equipment manufacturers (OEM) use chain-driven cams.
Note: For best performance, as with all high-performance cams, the use of a free-flowing air filter and exhaust system is recommended.
