Black hard-anodised aluminium construction, sold as a set of 2. The original tappet guides / anti-rotation devices are made of plastic and can allow the tappets to spin under high spring tension and high rpm. These S&S tappets are precision CNC-machined from hard-anodised forged aluminium. They offer perfect strength, stability and alignment in all circumstances without obstructing the vertical movement of the tappet whatsoever. A simple performance upgrade when changing tappets or a camshaft. Note: Due to variations between camshaft and tappet manufacturers, be sure to check the clearance between the tappet and the tappet guide.
