Hand tool used to adjust the pre-load spring of the rear shock absorbers. No need to raise the rear wheel off the ground. Its universal shape fits most Harley models except XG500 & XG750 Street, XR1200 and XL models from 2016 to present and Dyna and non-XL models equipped with Premium Emulsion Shocks. The Softail version fits all Softail models 1984-2017 including Deuce, Rocker and Breakout.
