Brake master cylinder bleeding system

At last there is now a hydraulic brake bleeding system – this has to be seen to be believed. This vacuum bleed device consists of a transparent cap that forms a perfect seal with the master cylinder and has a nozzle for connecting it to the vacuum pump. Once the brake system has been filled with fluid, the bleeder cap is installed on the master cylinder and the vacuum pump is operated. Under a vacuum of 30 to 40 inches of Hg (a differential pressure of approximately 15 to 20PSI) the air will be expelled from the system and the bubbles will be visible through the transparent cap. When the bubbles subside, there is no more air in the system. This is especially advantageous with dual disc and ABS braking systems. Works with the Sonic pressure bleeder kits.
