Welding chargers are convenient pre-measured quantities of solder.
They insert into the battery terminal and are held in a clamp.
Then the battery terminal is heated and the battery cable is gently pushed down to achieve a perfect connection.
Make sure to check whether you need to install a piece of heat shrink tubing around the cable before soldering, to allow you to make a seal-tight joint between the battery cable and the battery terminal afterwards.
