S&S oil filter support

This billet aluminium oil filter bracket can solve a problem many custom bike builders have in common. It fits any engine with a generator with 5/16" generator mounting holes, and replaces the hard-to-find 1986-1990 Sportster oil filter bracket. This part is needed for any engine built with the S&S crankcase for Sportster or Buell, including S&S SB series engines. On a Big Twin with generator, the filter bracket mounts in the generator location. This is mandatory for alternator/generator engines with alternator charging system, or generator engines with magneto ignition and no charging system. The filter bracket seals and caps the camshaft housing, and provides a location for a threaded oil filter. The bracket is machined for easy installation of an oil cooler in all applications, and accepts the original oil pressure sensor on Sportster.
