JIMS stand for rotating wheel and engine

Used to rotate the front or rear wheel. Ever wished you had a third hand? Well, with this Jims tool you have it. Think of the possibilities you would have by being able to put the motorcycle in top gear and turn the rear wheel with one hand and, gripping the engine internals, rotate them. Checking lifter settings, checking cam timing, ignition timing, checking chain adjustment, checking spoke torque and installing or removing parts that need the engine to turn. The ratchet, socket wrench and socket are not included.
