Spyke, individual ignition coil, 12V / 3 Ohm

High-performance coil with 45,000 Volt output and extremely quick rise and fall times. Fires at very low voltages for easy starting. Mounts under the original covers.
Note: It is recommended to use ignition modules and coils from the same manufacturer. Using different brands may cause premature failures.
Note: Difference between single and dual fire ignition:
- Dual Fire - This is the operating system of earlier engines, prior to Twin Cam. A single coil is used and both spark plugs fire simultaneously. It is the simplest system. It is sometimes said that the "wasted" spark subtracts horsepower.
- Single Fire - This is the operating system of 00-up stock Twin Cam engines. Two independent coils fire the spark plugs individually, with only the spark plug of the cylinder on the compression stroke firing. These engines are said to vibrate less and may improve power. The effects will be more noticeable with more aggressive camshafts and at high RPM.
