Spyke, 1.4KW starter motor. Chrome

This 1.4 KW Spyke starter offers 46% more torque than stock starters, using a standard battery, thanks to the special gear reduction system. High-torque starters have the disadvantage of requiring special batteries to actually deliver the power they are capable of. The reduced overall length, clean look and various finishes make this starter very visually appealing. Proven-quality, reliable automotive industry internal components are used. The Spyke starter has a much better clutch gear than OEM starters, which are sometimes considered prone to failure. The special gear reduction design allows this starter to turn over most high-compression Big-Inch engines without the need for a special (large) battery.
