5-speed transmissions for 4-speed Big Twin

When ordering, we take the Jims 5 into 4 transmissions and assemble them with your choice of Andrews, Jims or Zodiac gears and ship them with a bottle of Spectro transmission oil. First gear is 3.24:1, second gear 2.21:1, third gear 1.60:1, fourth gear 1.23:1 and fifth gear 1.00:1. The 5 into 4 speed transmission is designed for 4-speed Big Twin style frames with 1970-1984 Shovelhead style driveline and chain final drive. The transmission is only compatible with chain final drive, not with the factory H-D belt primary drive used on the 1980-1983 FXSB Sturgis. It is also not compatible with Softail.
