Black Diamond™ engine valve

Black Diamond™ valves CNC-machined from a single stainless steel EV8 forging.
Single-piece, lightweight and robust forging, with profiles offering excellent flow characteristics.
The valve is treated using a special German process to a depth of 0.002, with a surface coating of 0.0002, which improves wear resistance, reduces friction and provides superior protection against corrosion and wear compared to electrolytic chrome and nickel plating.
Each valve is designed using Finite Element Analysis (F.E.A) software and profiles are tested on a computerised flow bench.

Requires the use of the Kibblewhite spring kit.
