Vance & Hines has extensive expertise in creating genuine racing exhaust systems. This 2-1 Upsweep system is further proof of the craftsman's ability behind this 2-1 design. It must have a 'Works' finish and fearlessly show its racing genes. That is why it is TIG hand-welded and manufactured from high-quality 304 stainless steel (ASTM A269), accompanied by a megaphone silencer. Includes a functional partial heat shield; nothing here falls short of breathing competition, including the Vance & Hines badge. Enjoy the sound, performance and colour range that only a pure stainless steel system can offer. Compatible with mid and forward controls.

Explanation of the innovative PCX™ technology from Vance & Hines: More power and less heat.
PCX™ technology (Power Chamber Exhaust) is in fact high flow catalytic converters with chambers. They are used to increase mid-range torque, achieving more responsive acceleration from standstill. They are positioned downstream to reduce heat by up to 20% at the footboards/platforms and 50% at the manifold, optimising rider comfort compared to the stock system.
PCX™ technology uses a high-flow dual-matrix catalyst that improves torque delivery through the mid-range for more responsive acceleration. All while producing a deep, full-throated rumble, without compromising the styling of any Vance & Hines exhaust system.
Technical tip: Pre-2021 US silencers on 2021-24 EU Softail and Touring Gen1 EU 21-25?
The FuelPak FPX tuner (part number 724851) allows the second downstream O2 sensor in the silencer or in the balance pipe of the crossover section to be deactivated, without triggering fault codes. This allows you to use earlier model/US silencers that are not equipped with a connection for the O2 sensor.
