Innovative PCX™ technology from Vance & Hines: More power and less heat.
PCX™ Technology (Power Chamber Exhaust) comprises high-flow chambered catalytic converters. They are used to increase mid-range torque for more responsive acceleration from a standstill. They are positioned downstream to reduce heat by up to 20% at the footpegs/boards and 50% less heat at the manifold, optimising rider comfort compared to the original system.
Technical tip: Pre-2021 US silencers on a 2021-up EU Softail/Touring?
The FuelPak FP4 (part number 942227) allows you to disable the second O2 sensor in the muffler or in the balance pipe of the cross-over section, without triggering error codes. This will let you use mufflers from earlier/US models that are not equipped with an O2 sensor connection.
