Made from AISI 304 stainless steel. OEM weight 9.0 kg. Zard weight 5.1 kg. Which makes the 2-1-2 system a lightweight component. The exclusive two-piece carbon fibre heat shield replaces the original plastic item, for perfect integration into the Sportster S design. Manufactured using high-end 2D/3D lasers, robots, bending machines and qualified welders to achieve the perfect result.
Note: This is an EU-approved exhaust system. Removing or modifying the noise silencer (Db killer) on approved exhausts will void the warranty and the type approval. The certification is valid for unmodified standard motorcycles, for the specific models and model years listed in the product descriptions (Directive 97/24/EC, EU Regulation 134/2014). The approval number, shown on the accompanying certificate supplied, is stamped on each exhaust system and must be presented to the relevant authority during inspections.
