Made from AISI 304 stainless steel. OEM weight 9.0 kg. Zard weight 5.1 kg, making it a lightweight 2-1-2 system. The exclusive two-piece carbon fibre heat shield replaces the original plastic item, for perfect integration into the Sportster S design. Manufactured using high-end 2D/3D lasers, robots, bending machines and qualified expert welders to achieve the perfect result.
Note: This is an EU-approved exhaust system. Removing or modifying the Db muffler on approved exhausts will void the warranty and approval. The certification is valid for unmodified stock motorcycles, for the specific models and model years listed in the product descriptions (Directive 97/24/EC, EU Regulation 134/2014). The approval number, stated on the relevant certificate supplied, is stamped on every exhaust system and must be presented to the competent authority when inspected.
