With fork oil. The kit includes 2 fork springs for an upgrade installation. The springs are progressive-wound. Made from heat-treated and shot-peened Cr-Si (chrome silicon) alloy steel. The K value represents the spring constant (stiffness) of the springs. A higher K number indicates stiffer springs, a lower K number indicates softer springs. The kit includes 2 fork springs, fork oil and instructions.
