AV&V carbide reamer for valve guide - .3777" Panhead and Shovelhead 1948-1984

Designed by AV&V for use with manganese bronze materials, these special drill bits feature a unique design and a very long pilot for perfect alignment with the valve guide whilst drilling. You can drill a valve guide to the correct dimensions without tight spots in just 4 or 5 seconds. The guides will last longer than if they are made with the honing method because there is no crosshatch left after drilling. This size allows you to make the valve guides for both intake and exhaust if the valves and guides are AV&V. Note:  These drill bits are for manganese bronze only, do not use with cast iron guides.
