Used to align the tappet blocks on 36-E77 B.T. models, ensuring the tappets rotate correctly on the camshaft, which helps prevent premature failure.
Sold in a pack of 3, allowing you to align 3 holes in a tappet block, insert the first bolt and replace each alignment screw with the remaining mounting bolts one by one until the block installation is complete. Especially important when using late Shovelhead-style tappet blocks, which do not have self-tapping (countersunk) mounting screws.
