FEULING complete cam cover kits include all the components needed from the top to the bottom of the cover, conveniently packaged under a single part number (#). These combined kits not only ensure that each individual part is designed to work and function together, but that they do so in total harmony. These cam cover kits eliminate the guesswork from the ordering process and guarantee the engine builder maximum reliability, optimum performance and the lowest possible engine and oil temperatures.
The Complete RACE Series Conversion Kits include: FEULING RACE SERIES high-volume oil pump, high-flow cam plate, REAPER Series conversion camshafts, RACE Series hydraulic roller lifters, one-piece pushrods, hydraulic tensioner pads and housings, sprockets, roller chains, camshaft sprocket alignment spacers, Timken bearings, gaskets, O-rings, exhaust gaskets, ARP fasteners, washers, moly paste, Loctite and hardware.
Cam chest kits are available in FEULING HP+ and RACE SERIES combinations, and with REAPER gear or chain driven camshafts. Fits available for Twin Cam '99-'17 engines. Engine temperatures 25-35 degrees cooler, oil temperatures 15-30 degrees cooler, 15-30 lbs more oil pressure, quieter and smoother engine operation, elimination of wet sumping, crankcase gases and oily air filters.
UPGRADE YOUR OLD MECHANICAL STYLE CAMS AND TENSIONERS TO THE NEW HYDRAULIC STYLE TENSIONER SYSTEM
Conversion camshafts for Twin Cam '99-'06 engines. These camshafts use the inner journals of the '99-'06 camshafts with the outer journals of the '07-'17 camshafts, allowing the use of '07-'17 cam plates, the oil pump, hydraulic chain tensioners and the chain drive system.
594 CAMS - Ferocious performance camshaft for a variety of engine sizes, big displacement 103", 110" and 124" engines looking for a top-end torque band with excellent horsepower gains on heavy bikes (RPM 2,200 - 6,250). Mid-high displacement 95" engines on lighter bikes looking to twist the throttle and harness some power (RPM 2,500 - 6,800). Big displacements respond well to increased compression ratio and smaller displacements will require it. The 594 camshafts require high-performance valve springs, pushrods, rocker arms, carburettor and/or throttle body work, performance exhaust, intake and clutch.
