High-volume Feuling billet oil pump, essential for M8 oil-cooled engine models. The increased oil volume generated by the larger gears and properly sized passages, together with the pressure relief valve seat and O-ring of these pumps, is essential for the correct operation of the lubrication system. FEULING oil pumps eliminate the common pressure and suction problems associated with the factory lubrication system.
These oil pumps feature a precision-machined pressure relief valve and bore. Each oil pump is bench tested; the relief valve is seated and sealed at a minimum of 30 psi, with full opening at 55-60 psi.
FEULING oil pumps require the use of the FEULING high-flow cam plate; the combination increases oil flow to and from the engine with corrected tolerances, oil passages and larger gerotor gears. Reduces engine and oil temperatures, increases oil pressure volume and scavenge volume on the return side to reduce oil pooling in the crankcase.

Due to the high volume of calls and enquiries requesting the O-ring groove/seal on the M8 oil pump rear cover, we have added the groove (11/05/21). Although Feuling's internal testing on healthy engines showed no benefit. The O-ring may have potential benefits in certain circumstances, such as engines with increased cylinder compression loss, poor sub-seal O-ring, raised crankcase breather and/or crankcase plug (see M8 PRO TIP below) and wider clearances between the cam bore and cam.

Oil level note: Do not overfill the oil tank.
It is important to reach the correct hot oil level in your motorbike. Feuling recommends keeping the oil level at 90%-99% of capacity when hot.
Note: The M8 oil pick-up is on the right-hand side of the engine. Leaving the bike idling or warming it up on its side stand will naturally fill the gearcase and skew the oil level in the tank.
We recommend the following steps to achieve the correct oil level:
1. Check the oil level when cold.
2. Ride the motorcycle until it reaches operating temperature.
3. Switch off the motorbike whilst it is in an upright position. (This ensures an accurate reading) 4. Once the motorbike is on its side stand, check the oil level.
5. Add or remove oil as necessary.
